Cornelia Spence, the founder and President of Operations of C&S Construction & Consulting, Inc., is a 68 year-old New York native who was raised in Conyers and Albany, Georgia. Mr. Spence started his company with only a vision and the belief that his skills and ambition would help him establish a successful construction company.
C&S Construction & Consulting (C&S meaning Christ and Spence), was established in 1990. With over 43 years years of solid professional skills in new and existing construction, as well as managing, budgeting, mechanical & electrical installation, C&S treats each and every customer like our ONLY customer.
